Summer Nonprofit Website Accelerator

Build, launch, and grow your nonprofit's site

We'll take the lead on your website project, working with your team every step of the way to transform your digital footprint.

We’re a teen-led nonprofit based out of Raleigh, NC that launched in March working to empower nonprofit capacity building.

We leverage the power of technology and skilled tech volunteerism as a catalyst for social good.

We wanted to expand our impact by offering a program over the summer that reimagines a nonprofit’s digital footprint.

Whether you have an old site that needs a fresh new look, or you don’t have one to begin with, this program is for you.

Yes! All work will be done by our team and volunteers. Though your nonprofit will have to pay for web hosting and a domain if you don't have them already. You'll also have to pay for paid plugins outside of our library for some advanced features like crowdfunding, etc. Usually, you can get these products for free or at low-cost with appropriate nonprofit documentation.  We recommend AWS Lightsail, Google Domains and CodeCanyon. Don't worry, we'll guide you though the process.

During our summer program, depending on demand, we anticipate a two week turnaround.

Donations, Login/Register, E-commerce and much more.

Our sites our built with WordPress, one of the most popular content management systems (CMS). Since WordPress is open source, you are not locked in to a platform like Weebly, Wix or Squarspace. You can always migrate your site to any host you want. We also use Elementor, a next generation page builder along with custom code to deliver a custom functional and beautiful website.

All changes (content, design and functionality) can be made using WordPress CMS

By default, we leave a small link to our site at the bottom of your website with the text matching your site aesthetic. This text will say "Site by Nonprofit Foundation". This can be easily be removed by our team on request or by yourself. This is the only branding your site will have by default. We're a small organization, and this text in the footer helps us gain exposure. We do ask that if you remove the link from the footer to consider donating any amount so we can continue to provide capacity building resources to nonprofits.
